The Case of the Disappearing Pages

October 1st, 2009 · No Comments · Conejo Valley, Media

If you look at the Conejo Post banner, it should have four pages listed:  Home, About Us, Editor and Contributors.  That was the way it was until midafternoon today.  First, a reader emailed me that my photo was missing that accompanied the Editor writeup.  The spot for the photo was still there, just no photo.  That was a mystery.

A few minutes later, I checked the Conejo Post website, and the Editor page had disappeared without a trace, along with About Us and Contributors!  What is going on?

Well, having taken some upgraded security measures, I will enter the pages again and hope they stay this time!

Incidentally, I just installed tough protection against spam comments.  I have been receiving an increasing number written in a foreign language and script which looks like Russian to me.  Of course I delete them all, but why is the Conejo Post receiving them in the first place?
