OK, I got curious, and looked up the order candidates names for Thousand Oaks City Council at the Ventura County Elections Division website. Here is the order:
1. Jacqui Irwin, 2. Ed Jones, 3. Al Adam, 4. Vern Williams, 5. Mic Farris, 6. Raymond Sabrino, Jr., 7. Deborah Birenbaum, 8. Marlon Delano Williams, 9. Jim Bruno. There are 2 seats up for election. According to popular wisdom, the 2 candidates with the edge in the elction, due to ballot placement are Jacqui Irwin with first place, and Jim Bruno with last place. In November we will see how this plays out.
