What a mess! At around 12:10 PM I exited the 101 Freeway SB at Kanan, only to find a dark traffic light at the Kanan intersection.
It did not take too long for me to get on to Kanan, but there was a lot of backup on southbound Kanan Road. To complicate traffic, a firetruck with sirens came through the intersection, going southbound on Kanan.
