The Community Foundation of Oak Park presented Oak Park resident, Mike Paule, with the Golden Acorn Award at the Candidates Forum on Thursday evening. The OP Foundation accepts nominations from the community for a few months, and then, in great secrecy, chooses the recipient, and then announces at the forum event.
Mike serves on the Oak Park MAC and on the Triunfo Sanitation District board, and works hard for the community. Congratulations, Mike!
