I love a sunny Saturday in the Conejo Valley, with garage sale signs sprouting from poles and tree trunks!
Today, I went out the front door for my morning walk without dollars in my pocket. After spotting a garage sale in progress across the street, I hurried back inside inside to remedy that.
I met my walking buddy, and while walking, we took in three sales! As grandmas, we like to look for toys and items for our grandkids, and we were not disappointed this morning.
My finds included some kids’ books for a quarter each, and a little pink purse with fringe and sequins, for little ones to carry in dress-up play. Now, I just hope the grandkids enjoy my finds as much as I enjoy finding them!
