Here is the latest update photo (8-14) of the City of Thousand Oaks angled parking project, in front of The Lakes mall, on Thousand Oaks Boulevard. It was an interesting sight yesterday, because the water level in the pond on the left, is higher than the dirt level where the parking is going. As you can see, cement blocks are being installed, I guess to keep the pond in place, although the pond is doing fine now and the blocks are not high enough to be even with the water yet.
Anyway, if Thousand Oaks is where you call home in the Conejo Valley, then this is a photo of your tax dollars at work! Let’s hear it for progress!
