While the Oak Park MAC will not be having an election, the Las Virgenes Municipal Water District will be. That is because incumbent Jeff Smith is being challenged by Barry Steinhardt for the LVMWD board seat for Division 5, that includes Agoura Hills. Jeff is designated as an aerospace manager on the ballot and Barry as a financial consultant.
The other two LVMWD divisions up for election this fall did not have challengers. Glen Peterson serves as board member for Division 2, and Lee Renger serves as board member for Division 3.
