The VC Star today, deliniated the total compensation package of city managers throughout Ventura County, plus that of Ventura County’s top executive. Let’s look at the only city in the Conejo Valley that is listed. According to the Star, the city manager of Thousand Oaks, Scott Mitnick, has a total comp of $354,577. Interestingly, the CEO of Ventura County, Marty Robinson, has a total package of less…$338,087.
