  Federal challenge grant money has been awarded to the JPA partnership of Triunfo Sanitation District (TSD) and Las Virgene Municipal Water District (LVMWD) for a recycled water pipeline project!  The U.S. Department of the Interior’s Bureau of Reclamation is granting the partnership close to $1.95 million dollars, although $150,000 has to be set aside to make sure that the project follows guidelines of the grant.  John Mundy, General Manager of LVMWD, wrote in an email, that the award will cover approximately 40% of the project.
