Red Lobster is on its way to Thousand Oaks, too. The new restaurant is being built right next to Olive Garden, at the north end of the Oaks Mall. How appropriate that the new Red Lobster will have a red exterior!

The future Thousand Oaks Hooters Restaurant gained approval for a full bar selling hard liquor, at an Administrative hearing at T.O. Civic Arts Center on September 15.
