Follow Up on September Administrative Hearing Approval for Hooters Sale of Hard Liquor

The future Thousand Oaks Hooters Restaurant gained approval for a full bar selling hard liquor, at an Administrative hearing at T.O. Civic Arts Center on September 15.  An article in the 9-15 VC Star online, says that the OK still must be approved by the T.O.
