Rancho Fire in Thousand Oaks Reported

I just checked the Ventura County Fire Department site and read that the Rancho Fire, reported at about 11:30 AM today, is 3 acres and growing, with 200 firefighters on the scene.  The location is reported to be Rancho Road and the 101 Freeway.  To go to the website:  http://fire.countyofventura.org/ Posted by Janna Orkney

After posting the story about the Thousand Oaks City Council doing away with the $70/year nonresident fee to use the T.O.
